graphics cut into tint???

Hello. I was just wondering how you guys cut graphics into your tint? I mean obviously you use a plotter, so I guess my question really is how do you apply the tint? what downforce do you use when cutting it? Thanks, Nick

depends: on your plotter, how sharp your blade is, what tint you are using, ect.

I have a roland GX 24. (if that helps) I would also be using some SunTek Standard. I have my car lettered already I thought it would be pretty cool to cut something out of tint and toss it on the windows to help promote business a little. This site is the only place I have ever seen graphics cut into tint so I was thinking of giving it a shot. I have an 02 Dodge Stratus Coupe so the front framless windows are really easy to tint. What I was thinking of doing was cutting the graphics out of vinyl, laying them over my tint once it was installed and follow the vinyl with a razor and remove the vinyl and the tint underneth it. I know it would work but I was wondering if you guys just ran the tint through the machine and intalled the tint that way
