Does anyone know if any security film manufacture (CPF, CW, 3M, FTI, etc...) have a "Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance" for any of their product lines.

To my knowledge, No! An NOA means the product passes Miami-Dade protocol, and no film passes that! (Except maybe 21 mil) :lol6

Are you sure 3M's 4mil didn't pass? :beer It should be stronger than 21mil because it has microlayers. :beer

:sand Small missile impact only, to get a NOA it must pass large missile. :sand

Here's a large missle. :sand Do you think they would be so bold as to claim the microlayers could pass this test? :sand
