Tips needed

Have them hire a glass company to take them down, tint them, and they can put it back up..... :shock

That would be the easiest and cleanest way to do it but probably not cost effective to the customer. It's going to be a tough one from the looks of the pictures, make sure you charge them good.

It's a roof of an entrance of a building taking the glass out is

not an option !!

Even precutting is not good anough because you still have to make a slice to all 8 sides of the attachment systems ???

I 've seen a install from the competition who justy installed rectangulars

sheets and looked ok to me.

I guess I couldn't blame anybody for doing it. I'd probably charge extra and do it right. If I did it like that, I sure couldn't take anybody by there to show off my work. JMO

I'd have to agree. I dont' think you'd ever see the 4 lines to get the film around the circles as long as you had nice clean cut out circles. The squares look o.k., and would be easier, but doesn't look as good. IMOA

Besides, if they were ok with the squares, wouldn't they have just called your competition back?
