Had a customer today that was a pilot . he had his car tinted at a cheaper place that did his back window in 3 pieces. He wasnt satisfied, but didnt want to pay my labor to remove film. He thought he could handle removing film himself. Needles to say he brought it to me, but when he tried to remove film he only removed one ply. The other ply stuck to galss came off in little bitty pieces 1hr later and ruining his defroster. He signed a waiver :gayfight He spent 5.00 a a bottle of tint off that was nothing but .97 alchol at wally world. Moral of the story is this is why I dont FLY. Nothing worse than a pilot that thought he was a window tinter. :gayfight

nothing like them destroying the film before you get a crack at it and then having to spend extra time removing it, in your case 1 hour more.

and that it was easy to take off and wander why I charge so much

then I show them the glue that is still there and hand them a razor and some

glass cleaner

2 hrs later they pay what I had quoted to begin with
