I added felt to the back doors on the s550 easily because you don't have to pull the panel to pull the seal out. But I couldn't felt the front windows because the seals don't pull out like the rear doors. How do you pull the front panels without messing up anything? I pull the panels on many cars if necessary, but I am scared to pull these because I'm not trying to come out the pocket by breaking anything. Everything on these cars are expensive!!!!

I was told they did'nt need felt. I'v tinted maybe 50 of em with no scratching....atleast not yet.

Thanks for the heads up. I called the local benz dealer and he told me that whoever has been doing the s550's for the dealership has been putting the door panels back on wrong and it has been messing up the locking system. I think I'll just take your advice and not felt these ones unless it becomes a problem

no felt needed on the new 550,only the 500.feel it it's softer
