What made you choose your film supplier?

I'll have to say that I really don't have many problems w/ my Rep. He stops by at least once a qtr. & sometimes more. He has returned my calls the few times that I have called him specifically. I had an issue w/ him & the film co. not long ago & they stepped in & tried hard to remedy the problem.

I'm comfortable selling the film to my customers & don't have any complaints about my rep., except that he won't come & tint all the V.W. Bugs for free for me... :beach

I know things can change very quickly - my point is we tried to be loyal to our distributor given the great service they gave us.

We put up with film flaws etc for a year - sent rolls back ect but you reach a point when you say the quality is not consistent anymore - and you are forced to change.

Of course, of course.

But very often company make reputation got customers and start make pieces of :beer .

Not only in window film business :beer

I'm so glad that Leo is on the site.

I like to get the comments from the real deal.

Plenty of the time like some weird customers. Tinters quest. :beer

:krazy Leo probably knows more about film than vodka. He just wears the KGB jacket to keep everyone here guessing. :krazy

Those who figured it out are his customers. A supplier like no other... :krazy

I am curious... :duck

I see all of these posts about trying films from these new companies that are springing up. What is everybody looking for? What is making you look elsewhere for product? Is it a price driven descision, or is there more to it than how much film costs? :hmmm

A trip to Latvia, a meeting with Leo

:hmmm:hmmm:nono:nono:hmmm:hmmm:dunno

The rest is history!
