Cross slice with a olfa blade in to the tube so blade will fit tight and wedge off in tube to restrict any movement.

The already gap on tube makes for easy movement along the film box to desired cut/measuremnt you may want.

why pay $600.US when same thing can be done for .50 cents.

Too cool! I'm already getting ideas using 60 and 72 inch lengths of PVC and cuts for Olfa blades every inch....

I have one of these and it is a pain in the arse to unscrew and it isnt very stable alot of the times, having to put a couple hard cards between it and the box to make it stable. I will definitely give your new invention a try. Great Tip
