Put the heat gun on the blade 'micro-edge' .

And slit have to go little froward to back so blade will angle in pvc-tube, this way it wouldn't be in the box way as you put it in place. :thumb

I made another one for 3x20" stripes work smooth. place on 20" from end of 60" tint-box and pull center. The result was 3pcsx20" each. :whisper:thumb

remember I use tube-handle from turbo squeeze.

Well I was messing around again with it last night and I was using 1/2" pvc, not 1" (mistake on my post) but anyhow I tried cutting at an angle and was still having a problem with it trying to push out so I put a nail through the hole on the olfa blade after setting the blade in the pvc then put it on the box and works well now :whisper .

You owe me .50 cents. :DD

Glad you got it work.

Now try 2 of them 19" from each end of a 60" box of film. Pull the center cut only it's sweet.

You'll get 2pcsx19" and 1pcx22". :lol
