my question is about getting the tint on compoud curve back windows. for sidewindows I cut the tint out to be exact before putting it on but those dont have to be shrunk at all. for the backglass though im not so sure. heres my idea of what I would do.

cut the tint to the size of the backwindow

lay it on the inside just like a normal window

anchor the middle horizantally first

work to the top and bottoms

heatgun out the fingers (any input here? this is the technique im pretty unfamiliar with)

done! ?

what would the best method be if you can only use 20 inch roll? I think the window is 28" or so, so atleast 2 strips will be needed. from the pull method in the second post, it looks like alot of extra tint is needed up top and below to pull the tint, which may be hard with 20". should I just use 2 20" peices and start both at the middle and have ~6" up top and down below and seem the two? is both butt seeming AND shrinking common? also, whats the typical way to heat out a finger? just go back and forth over it with heat gun on low heat and try to press it flat with a card?

thanks alot

:thumb gotta love these, I anchor to all the time on the inside and heat there. hahahaha I wonder how many cars I would burn before I would think of it on the outside :thumb
