Is it just me or it seems like you always do the gift cert. for free when they come back ,I havnt spent the money but its in the bankl .Its such a weird feeling and it isnt even logical so why does it feel this way

The only way to remedy this is to do what I've done for years.

Tuck the money away with their name on it in a filing cabinet or something close by. When they come into redeem the certificate ..do the job with a smile on your face because as soon as they walk out the door, you pay yourself from the tucked away money

set a limit to three gift cert.'s a day to make room for walkins. the gift certificate people arent going anywhere else. they can wait a couple of days

I sold 11 and have two scheduled...one tomorrow and one friday....the money is spent.....or in the bank to be spent...I wish I was socking it away....
