just have a sign shop add some checkered flag to the bottom of the van's, maybe add some color around the name like ghosting the letters

good idea man :beer

I was thinking of putting a guy with a heat gun on the end of the vans or something :beer

we do alot of sub work, I just dont think it would be a good idea to know who we are when doing sub work. :gasp

I like it Straight and to the point. as long as they know what you do and have a # does it really matter what name is on it?

My logo on my van is about 20in tall and 30 in long

with WINDOW TINTING about 6 ft long and 12 in tall down both side and my # is about 4 ft long and 10in tall on both sides and on the back All Bright Color with drop shadows

You don't miss it that for sure LOL

I think when it comes to vehicle lettering less is more. Keep it simple or go completely in the opposite direction with a wrap, digital prints of your type of work, eg, auto / residential / commercial with a digital print below or above each heading shows exactly what you do.
