Flatglass portable tint table

I'm in the 'creative design' part of the process of trying to build a flat-glass portable tint table I can keep in the van. I found a Rhino cutting mat that's 6'x12' and a grid to go underneath it. Soo.... Maybe cut some plywood down the middle, hinge it, and attach folding legs?

All and any brainstorms, suggestions, and ideas are very welcome!

Thanks,

Shauna

French Panes perhaps but we know your policy on those Shauna? :lol2

Security yes, for sure. Use a paper hanger''s table, they work good and are portable. :lol2

Yeah, well... with some of the jobs I'm doing, I really need a decent sized surface to work from. Yes, still doing some french panes, but they pay for them! LOL No more sq. ft. charges for Frenchies. In addition, I lost a job because another company had several types of film in the truck and had the mobile setup to install on-site. It was one of those instant gratification situations. I want to be able to compete with that.

PLUS, floorwork is kinda hard on my knees. LOL NO comments from the peanut gallery, Willie! :evileye
