Plottewr Help

I am have a GX24 roland cutter, and the problem I am having is when I cut lines, they cut but sometimes they're a little wavy / squiggly. Is there something I am doing wrong or can someone give me advise as to what to do.

No seriously, I don't have a plotter, but know a couple of people who do, I would say if it is something that you traced like with corel draw or something like that, mabye your lines aren't cleaned up all the way before sending it into the cut program

Well I thought so as well but it is even on store bought disc of vector art. So it is not images that I made but vector art as well. Kind of just wavy not jagged like the blade is dull.

check to make sure the vinyl is not slipping on the rollers.

Please guys/ladies I have tried everything cleaning the rollers, new blade, adjusting the pressure, not enough, just enough, slowing down the cutter speed speeding it up.

It is almost like the servo is skipping across the vinyl. I have never droped the cutter. Please help

Hows your cutting strip? does it have a groove in it?is the blade dull? its got to be one of the three!

If its not the blade or the strip, maybe try to adjust the conditions offset. On my graphtec fc7000 your able to adjust the offest, what about the roland?
