Bring back Pic of the Week?

We used to have a pic of the week thing like the tip of the week, I was just thinking it might be cool to bring that back.

We could do it just like the photoshop votes, have a weekly thread that people can post their pic into and have a simultaneous thread for voting on the last weeks submitions.

Each weeks winner would appear on the front of the forum in a thumbnail that linked to the full size pic.

So whadaya think?
