LEO'n'DARTZ
I will try to explain it. As road policeman deal to look for the traffic but not for car condition, people in neighbour country DON'T PAY any penalties to policeman in case he stop regarding DARK TINTZ. Their argument: YES, MY CAR IS IN ILLEGAL CONDITION. But ONLY techincal control station can tell about it. Seems I explained.
Guest Reflexxions
So they don't get a ticket if they get stoped for darker than legal tint ? Why do they even stop them ?
LEO'n'DARTZ
Yes, the don't pay to road policeman, in our area we pay on the place. But people don't pay. Deal of road police look for car speed, for correct turns e.t.c. Not car condition. TInTZ = car condition.
