the usual....

I thought it went on the inside!

on the phone..

me- good morning autotint how can I help you....

them...hi is that autotint?

or....are you the tint guy.

had a customer in last week for a sun strip, the previous day he took about 10 business cards cause he goes to a shop that sells alloys etc and there will be loads of guys interested.....

next day he waffles on about how my business cards were snapped up almost instantly!

then I gets into his car to bring it into my workshop and notice all my cards still in the cubby hole under his stereo! he asked for more but I said I was running low (which I wasnt)

said in the style of napoleon dynamite.....IDIOT!

pet hate of mine...I always tell customer not to roll down windows for a few days, then as they drive away, down they go! hapens pretty frequently

"Doesn't that go in the inside?" is the most common,

but, "You'r very patient", " That must be tuff work?" or my favorit " how did you learn it" ( For those that don't now, I'm in Portugal and there's only a full hand of guys doing it properly, and I'm one of those ;) )
