:thumb Oh did you find a film you haven't used yet :lol:lol:beer:thumb:gasp

All I've ever used of it was what samples they sent me after SEMA a coupla years ago, seemed just like everyother film out there, not as good as Madico :thumb:lol2

I love carbon. :lol2

shrinks great

looks great

matches up with factory smoked glass great

details nicely

great clarity

but I learned not to use alcohol AT ALL with it. the glue smears instantly.... and bad. :lol2 I've used alcohol in the past for laying down the matrix on bgs. the ones I used alcohol and suntek on came back quite often with VERY large bubbling issues all through the matrix. no big deal....just cut off and vinyl, but I've never had another film do that. the alcohol issue is the only negative to the film that I've found. :lol2

Guest SIR TINTSALOT

yeah the carbon is great, I did a H2 yesterday with 18 on all the windows and the sunroof. It looked hella tight, but that sunroof was hard to reach when cutting my pattern. He wanted it to look 5% on the back section and the 18 over factory turned out real nice.

and did an 08 Infiniti g35 sedan on friday with 5 and 45, looked good but I prefer not so much of a contrast between fronts and back.

the carbon line has a very nice look and I love using it

Shrinks great

Looks great

Cheap price

Specs are bullshiat. Currently "re-testing" them.

Colorstable?? No, but at least the warranty covers it

Scratch coat turns yellow. Not sure if they've fixed this.

I have never seen those problems here but I wonder if they send different film over to you. I’m pretty sure the American Standard film here is ST seconds in a different box. :poke
