How to close a deal.....((((Updated Pics))))

Recommended Posts

I went out to do an estimate today on a Papa Murphy's property. They were a little iffy when I gave them the price and wanted to know how much more it would be to tint their entry door on their home. I told them I would do it for free if they excepted my proposal for their commercial property. After that they said "sounds like a deal to me". Sometimes customers make it so easy to close on an estimate. The good thing is their house is only 2 minutes away from their store and its only a single storm door. I plan on doing MG-05 on the top windows and DN-35 on the bottoms.

Thats what they wanted. They agreed there will be no glass breakage warranty (in writing). Every window is dual pane tempered and a few doors down there is blackout on those windows and it has been up there for 2 years per the employees. I think it should be okay. The absorption is 58% compared to 94% on blackout. :lol2

If it's tempered then you'll be fine. :lol2
