Anyone heard of this one ?

It is a plug that you put an electrical block into, with just the key, the ignition will not be active and the car won't crank.

Any idea what this is, and how much it costs ?

It was at a new car dealer, and had not seen this before.

Haven't seen one of them in a long time. Most of the dealers that use them remove them after the sale. They get a insurance break

I did see a Saturn dealer that would leave it on for 300

Saw several of those in the late 80s and early 90's

Prolock and different brands. I didnt know they were still around

It was on some of the Hyundai Sonatas my Wife was looking at.

Randall Noe in Terrell has them on some of their cars.
