What is your strategy to prospect building manager?

I have done a big showroom and like$$$$ now try to track it! Do you usually prospect them or just wait for someone to call?

I haven't gone after those jobs yet... but I think going after them is better then waiting for them to call you.

I agree, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Stop talking about it and get out there and do it!!!!

Takes little effort, just the balls to go out and just talk to people.

I've gotten a ton of jobs from just stopping in a place and striking up a conversation with someone....
