I fell getting into a taxi Saturday night and hit my butt bone....

I have slept on a heating pad every night since!

How long before it does not hurt anymore :evilgrin

Texas, ya should have iced it for the first 24 - 48 hours. Would have brought down the swelling and inflamation. The heating pad may have felt good at first, but it may have inflamed it more to begin with. Next time, remember Ice for 24 o 48 hours, then Moist heat........Hope ya feel better

I did do the ice thing. I probably should've waited on the heat though it just made it feel better!
