The BBB can only list that they have a complaint(s) against you. If nobody checks the BBB then nobody will ever know about it... They have nothing more that they can do to a business. The Sec of States Office can make your life miserable if there is any kind of fraud etc...

Have a television station call him to give a bid on some work at the station, then catch him on camera when he is asked how he compares to the competition.

Catch him saying this on camera. All the proof anyone would need to take care of him and his practices !

this would work or you could call your competition and do the same thing in person by calling his # and asking for him to come out and give a quote, then when he shows up you can tell him in person how all of you guys feel and how your going to stop him from doing this in the future. I'm in arizona and we just shoot it out when taking isn't the right approach..........
