Full time tinter needed. Nashville area.

I am looking for a full time window tinter for my Nashville area shop. (Lebanon,Tn) We are growing by leaps and bounds and I need help! We do about 60% automotive and 40% flat glass in the summer and 70% auto and 30% flat in the winter. I am willing to train from scratch for the right person. Experience would be nice but not necessarily required. Experienced tinters: If your skill is good the pay is good....If your technique needs some improvement, that's ok too, but the pay is commensurate to your skill. Absolute requirements are: No smoking at work, articulate on the phone with customers, dr*g free, intelligent and hard working, dedicated to quality, ok with having a female boss, willing to work overtime, open to learning new techniques and willing to share new techniques with co workers, trustworthy and NON DRAMA.
