2008 jeep wrangler rubicon

Shutting the back hatch down and back glass exploded. Can't figure out what I could have done wrong. No heat used. Anyone tinted this make/model? Any problem in the back?

never had a problem like that.....I have done a few new Jeep Wranglers lately. Is the Rubicon any different or just the accessory package? Hope you have a good fund set up to replace that as well as a good glass connection!

blew up a NEW wrangler hatch window once, just closing it after tint .

Chalk it up to fine craftsmanship from chrysler

I do work for our local Jeep dealer. I walked into the bay area and there were 3 new Jeeps inside, all had the back windows blown out. The body shop manager told me its common for the back windows to shatter by shutting them.

Only done a couple but good to know. Do they know whats causing it
