ouch, those experiences suck...But listen to my worst experience, picture this, custy comes in with old POS car...4 doors...rusted...Half way done first roll up, as top portion was complete I begin to roll it up and BOOF! I was standing there with the window in my hands, not a scratch on it, but the entire car exploded into a huge pile of rust dust...Nothing left...Custy came back and we used a dust pan to clean up his car.... Higher force working against me that day

I charge more for POS cars if I see them when I make the quote. If the custy pulls the bait and switch and shows up with anything that wasn't covered on the phone that is more than what I expected I make adjustments to the price accordingly. If they don't agree fine, the other guys can have them

just finished custy car. when he came in he told me the rear door window didnt go up or down with out help. I said oh great but I can deal with it. went out to check on windows before he came to pick up the car and the window must have fallen inside door. and oh yea it busted. im sure when he gets here he is going to want me to pay for it. this sucks 170.00 for the tint job minus 150.00 for the window. wow I guess I can go get a coke with the difference.

New update when the customer came in we had a talk about whose at fault. we both agreed that it was not really either one of our faults so we will split the bill. I told him to pay me a 100.00 and he could keep 70.00 for half the repair. I still wasnt happy about it . but better than eating the whole thing. :thumb next :poop box is 500.00 with a waiver. :lol2 let the next guy have them :lol

Older cars aren't worth it. I did R&R on a 86' Merkur XR4TI. The hatch supports were broken, plus theres a spoiler that covers bottom 6 inches of back glass, can't believe I pulled it off 1st try....Also this was the second car I EVER tinted too.

I'll take that any day over the customer trying to pin you for the whole bill, then walk over the rest of the POS claiming you did more damage :beer
