!llegal tint disclaimers are in general not a good idea. While the customer may not have legal recourse against you by signing a disclaimer, it may not absolve you from fines imposed by the city/state. Just use caution and your best judgement if you use one.

If youre going to do !llegal work then you shouldnt provide proof to anyone that you are doing it. It's like video taping yourself while committing a crime, the evidence can be used against you.

Here is an idea call a lawer and ask him how much to draw up a document that will give you permision to break the law and see what he says

here is jsu one example it varies from state to state but it is not onlt !llegal to have darker tint it is also !llegal to install it.
