Working in the heat.....

Recommended Posts

Did a job on thursday with another shop... they had two homes to do, right across the street from each other. $700k homes... huge. Two at each house.

I'm in the one working... and it's hot as balls in there. Ugh... the homeowner was saying how he's glad the film will lower his a/c bill, and I was thinking what a/c bill?!?!??!

The other two guys finish.... one of them comes into the house I was in and he said the other house was hotter!!!

What the heck?!?! It's like 95 and humid as heck and these people don't use a/c!

You don't want to have it run all day? Fine.... I have no problems with that. But when you have workers in your home doing work, please turn on the a/c!!!!

Once...

Which I know it's not a restaurant, but still....

I did another house couple weeks ago. Whole house down the shore. I was there for like 12 hours. It was warm, but not super hot. Owners were going about their day... but every time they came in an area I was working, they asked if I needed anything to drink. :lol2
