94 Camaro (why....?)

I had a 94 Camaro today. Usually I do these in one piece with no problem.....MAN NOT TODAY. I don't know what it was about this back window, but it would not cooperate with me at all. I tried it 6 (yes six) times (kept on creasing), and finally I just did a seamless cut at the first bottom defroster line. Anyone else have this problem? Like I said, I normally do fine with these, but this one just had to be a b!tch.

I have done hundreds of that body style Camaro/Trans AM and most are cake but I have had a couple that gave me a fit. At least one of them was confirmed to have been replacement glass.

I have had it happen a couple of times. I really never noticed if it was an aftermarket glass or not. I thought it could be from the window being torqued after body work or something. JUST ANOTHER THOUGHT....

I've had it happen once before, it was either a 94 or 96. It would lay down on the outside but just wouldn't go on the inside, and it didn't have defroster lines so I assume it was an aftermarket glass. After 4 attempts we sent that one rollin with clear glass :thumb
