Is there anyone ouy there who can sell me a roll or two of this German manufactured film?

I am willing to buy full or partial rolls. Tinters or distributors please respond. Thank-you.

I carry the film at my shop but don't know about selling you any. I am sure if you contacted Huper Optik, they will consider having you as a dealer for them. The film is very expensive and difficult to work with. Are you planning on installing this stuff for residential, commercial or automotive?

I don't believe HO has a film that will look good next to factory privacy glass if you're putting it on your truck.

Thanks. I had looked on HO's site and didn't see a part listed to find a dealer but maybe I over looked it I will check again and also need to check TD and see who is listed.

Nope been thinking about having maybe a 35-50% put on the 06 Honda Accord we have. I'm thinking of maybe a 40% or 50% in the front and 35% rear although not positive on what levels of tint HO makes. I noticed they only have a 10 year warranty how well do they hold up? I don't want something that is going to fade but at the same time something that will look good but mostly just keep heat out and keep the sun out. The truck has dark tint but it really keeps the sun from bothering me. I hate how bad the sun shines in when I drive anything but the truck and have heard really good things about HO as far as heat rejection and stuff.

Superb Durability

- 100% dye-free and metal-free*; avoids demetallization or discoloration

- Tested for UV degradation beyond the expected life cycle of both conventional dyed and metallic films

- Limited lifetime product warranty

*Huper Optik Ceramic Series only

Keep in mind it's easily 2x to 3x the cost of your average tint job.

Thanks not sure what I was looking at that had a 10 year warranty then. I was looking at the wrong thing on their site. I've heard to expect around $450-500 for a tint job is this about right? Or is it more now? What levels of tint do they make? Do they make a 35% and 50%?

If you are talking about the Huper Optik ceramic film, they come in 60% ultra-light, 50%, 40% and 30% medium. They do make a 20% but it is not used for automotive because it is too thick and next to impossible to heat shrink without damaging the film.

The cost really depends upon your area as cost of living and fixed costs for running a business will influence what a shop might charge. We get about twice as much compared to a regular tint job. So if we charge a regular car $300, then the Huper job will be about $600.

Do you just not know how to navigate a website? The HO website has all the answers to your questions. There, that pdf (which was ONE click away from the other page I linked) has all the shades and heat rejection specs.

I think he's just letting you do it for him ..... :spit :spit
