What grade file do you guys use?

Hi guys. I shave my edges on door glass' but im thinking of strating to file them as I have seen some great finishes on here from filing and Im always looking to improve.

Are the files graded in terms of their roughness and if so what is the best grade to go for and what are the techniques to get it right?
