Double trimming

I've heard some of you mention from time to time about double trimming or double cutting windows. Are you talking about laying film on the window liner side up as usual and then laying another peice liner side down on top of that then tmming both at once? I've thought of that before but figured the window would shift differently alot of times on the opposite side and cause gaps. Sounds to simple an idea to work :)

Gives good reason to hijakk a thread. :rollin

I couldn't double cut if I wanted to, tough enough holding a guiding one knife, let alone have another in the other hand doing the same thing. :passout:rollin

Might be "stirring the pot here" , but what's the advantage other than saving maybe a few minutes ...I'd rather have the piece of mind that each window pattern is cut excactly to each window than save the 10 minutes max. I can see maybe 1/4 windows that reqiure no shrinking..but not worth the time save.

If your that pressed for time and that busy ,buy a compucut program and plotter.
