new Tint Tek

I have noticed the software is sending patterns to my machine so that the film is being cut while the tint is being pushed out rather than when it is being pulled back in. This causes the tint to bunch up and be ruined. Never had the tint being cut like this before and wondered if anyone out there noticed the same problem. Please no comments about how hand cutting is so much better , blah blah blah.. I can hand cut too, I just like to pump out patterns quickly sometimes while the car is still in the parking lot.

I'd call tinttek and see if they can solve your problem. I use filmdesigns...with no issues! :thumb

Try slowing down the speed. Static can also be an issue that may cause te film to bunch up as you say. I have noticed the diffrent cutting with the new program. I havnt had to many issues.

if its cutting while pushing the film...its a glitch! I'd call them. :nuts

you might wanna try to adjust your blade or adjust cutter settings...sounds like the blade is cutting through the film...I had that issue before I could figure it out and wasted film...
