filmhandler.com have tools that are way overpriced compared to others with similar products.

Hand cut is much better if doing different cars...plotter a lot better if doing multiple like cars (like dealership work)

Who supplies the Film handler?.......Any sugestions

Hi mate visit www.filmhandler.com they are not cheap but well worth the money :hump

I disagree, a plotter is great either way if you have 3 cars or 8 cars just some patterns may not be to your likeing therfore a handcut would be better off.

I can cut out of the box faster and with less scrap than I have seen anyone cut with the filmhandler. I also can cut a car free hand faster than a plotter. I have been doing this for many years and pretty much have perfected it. :twocents

I don't know about auto, but there is no way you can cut with less scrap out of the box on large commercial jobs and I have used both methods for many years. With a film handler I cut most of my film a quarter inch longer then the window some situations I cut the film exact with no waste at all.

If you have a 2,000 window job and cut your film just an inch longer then the window you will have wasted over a roll and a half of film. The Film handler will pay for it's self in now time. :rollin
