Experienced Automotive Window Tinter needed ASAP!

Recommended Posts

MCOR Automotive LLC is looking for an experienced automotive window tinter. We need someone who is a team player, mature, and is looking for a stable environment with NO drama. I need someone with dedication to this field, at least 5 or more years of experience, and puts out clean work. We have evolved from a discount tint shop to a higher end dealer full-servicing one-stop shop over the years.

Someone experienced with hand cutting film (while at the new car dealerships we service), and also clear shield paint protection film experience (we don't do a ton of it, but when asked, we provide). We have the Graphtec 42" plotter, and CPF Films software. We use all Solar Gard films and sell on the "Good, Better, Best" philosophy (most of our customers opt for "Best" which makes for higher paychecks for the tinter). Your bay is air conditioned and heated, well-lit, and set up for convenience. We have tools if you don't have all of your own (most good tinters I have met usually do).

We put out excellent quality work, mostly working on 2007-2009 vehicles (no "buckets" in this area). We have great relations with the new car dealerships in the area and we have no competition. All of our customer base is really loyal and have been coming to us for years. Referral business is always strong. We spend tons of money on advertising which keeps people coming in the door. We are also located on a major highway running through Land O' Lakes and we are 5 minutes from the northern end of Dale Mabry.

We all get along great and have a family environment. When paychecks are due on Friday, you will ALWAYS get paid! Commisions are calculated daily even on dealership work so you get paid the same week the work is done-never any excuses. We all help each other out and we all have families to feed.

I am not looking for a part-time guy who's head is always elseware. You can't spend all day on the cell phone while work is here. We come in, get the work done, and go home. You can work 5 or 6 days per week, 8:30 am to 5 pm. This is a long-term position for the right tinter and commission is paid based on skill and experience level.

Our commercial/residential flat-glass tinter is filling the spot right now so I have an IMMEDIATE position opening-TODAY! Give me a call and let's get to work! Matt (813) 362-5454. Land O' Lakes, FL.
