Following up, there is some haze when I look at lights at night (car headlights, lamposts, etc). Could this be due to the glue not setting properly because of the window accident? It is not evident in any of the other windows.

In cold weather it can take a month to dry up completely and sometimes even more if the tinter didn't squeegee it good enough.....

I would guess you are just seeing mounting solution (water) that is still drying. If you have an HP film or a ceramic film then the dry out time is going to be more than a simple dyed film.....

Just give it some time. It has only been 2 days and it will NOT be dry by then....

If you quit looking at it and then come back to it in a few weeks I will bet you that it will look perfect to you!! :beer

Hey so I just got tints, but I rolled down my windows later at night. There is some water streaks or marks and they still showed the next day. It has to be covered by the warranty they have right? Or would they go away?

If there's an issue, you would be able to see it from the outside, like air bubbles or a wrinkled/crushed up area. If you don't see anything like that, the streaks are just from the wet flaps and will wipe away.

It’s really hard to take a picture of it but looks like wiping down the outside cleaned it, ima give it a few days and see how it settles in. The heat should get rid of bubbles
