Hey,

Can someone direct me to some middle road tint.

Not the premium stuff, but not the MIC Walmart stuff.

Something that would last a while and be >50% effective.

I want to do 1-2 tint jobs, just to try to learn how. but without spending 150, which is what I can get it done by a profesional for.

thanks

With you trying to learn, if you want it to be decent, and you are not just some natural gifted and lucky person, then you might as well expect to get a full roll of film as you are going to go through that film "learning" to tint. That is if you have never tinted before at all.....

You might be happy with some of the tint film you can find on Ebay....will it last awhile? that will depend on many factors including your location and the climate there....just no simple answer for your question here....

Good luck finding any quality film for that price.

Ok, then can you point out Anything and about where to get it at?

When I look up all these companies that you guys are posting, I still cant find anywhere to get them.

Does anyone have anything to say about Gila.

It sounds like the Sony of Home audio.

Yes, But like I read You dont want to get Ceramic roll to learn on.

Even if I get a whole roll, I want something that will be Decent, But Still be able to throw away everything I screw up.

whatever film you might find you will still spend $100 to $150 on a roll of cheap film. You might get more than one or two cars out of that film, but the number of cars depends on the factors I stated. How good you are and how picky you will be. EVERY film will behave different when it comes to shrinking and handling.

I would recommend whatever you do to find a 1.5 mil thick film as thinner films crease real easy. Some guys love the thinner films.....

Call the local tint shop and the MIGHT sell you some film to work with. I wouldn't sell you film, but some shops will....
