MESSAGE SAYS YOU MUST EXIT AND RESTART YOUR PROGRAM FOR CHANGES TO TAKE EFFECT BUT RESTARTING DOESN'T HELP IT JUST DOES THE SAME THING. PASSWORD WAS VERIFIED. I AM NEW TO THE WHOLE PROGRAM AND THIS IS A NEW INSTALL, CAN ANYONE HELP?
