I think it should be public record IMO...just in case if someone else thinks they were wronged by SGs business practice they could get in on the class action suit.

I know there are too many lawyers and Ric has been threatened by them before. I spent about a hour last night reading about the first amendment to the constitution referring to free speech. It’s not a cut and dry thing like I HAD THOUGHT. I guess Bekaert could sell the company and the new owners would be in the clear? I could say more and 50 years ago I would have.
