07s are the new style right? if so, then no. their have plenty of room to slide the film in with a red devil or whatever you use to tuck.

Can someone point out where the screws are for the door panels. I had a HECK OF A TIME trying to do one on the weekend for an in law. GASKET WAS ULTRA TIGHT. I did manage to get the film down but not easy. I have to redo a window and want the door panel out this time. If you can please guide on removal of door panels would be great. back glass was super easy tho...

notes I have found. Remove the 1 screw behing door handle and the 2 on the armrest. Then pull outward on the bottom of the door panel. There are 8 to 10 plastic retainers holding the plastic to the metal.
