Have a new check into cash (cash advance) business that want there windows done more for heat rejection than glare. Because of the type of business they want no or very little reflective film installed. I explaned that resi and commercial films are for the most part metalized and will have a reflective property, but they want good heat rejection and a little tinting. ANYONE ?? P.S. The window are single pain and I'm in the middle of the SoCal desert, 115 degrees today. :beer

look at a DR film. There are a few of them that will give you the dark look your looking for, and since its SP you can do a darker film on it.

Large amounts of cash kept on the premises, I can understand why they are looking for 'a little tinting' and minimal reflectivity. Personally I would look at your high end films, the ceramics and spectrally selective films, you can achieve the high heat rejection figures you're looking for and maintain a high VLT.

Johnson's Palisade is great.....Geoshield would be great....The Johnson Nightscape is a very nice BLACK film with decent heat rejection numbers.....

I was thinking nightscape too. If its SP tempered, I think you can do NS15 which is really dark

Scotty please... read the post more carefully before you open your milkdud hole. Dark is not preferred, and reflective is not acceptable. Guess what "DR" stands for?

These stores usually spec in 60%vlt or higher so you want an Ag film for the high heat rejection and low reflectivity. HO Sech, VK 70, Vista VS 60/70, Hilite 70 will fit the bill. :beer
