anyone have experience cutting templates for Ford Truck sliders.. 3 piece. 5%....Need any tips..

Should I trim the rubber in the inside after I Cutout the shape??

dude all u need to do is cut the shape outside close and then trim the gasket on the inside. its hard but,it looks way better that way. and good luck w/the dirt.

If it's a new one you can't trim the inside...Its all plastic instead of rubber :lol

If its a new one its glued in with borders. and if power slider better yet.

Pull it out and take it apart. That's how I've always done them.no gaps no dirt

done that my share of times...here in Hawaii those square head screws get rusty real fast..

yeah if the lower ones are rusty we take a drill to them. you dont need to put another screw in there cuz the the threads will be pokin out a 1/4" and it will line up with the whole in the track. the top ones always unscrew out
