Not a joke , just a product that is not ready.

I have had one since 2004. We never use it anymore, all is handcut.
Saves us time and problems , and monthly fees , that stopped at 300 dollars a month because we did not want to keep the solargard brand.

CC , the patterns dont fit. 
If you write support and ask for a change they normally say that some other user does not want the change and that oh yes it fits.
You are installing in a wrong way!   ??   Light gaps ?   say what ?  5mm ? say what ?  all normal says support.
One of many problems.

Yes the start up in using the DGI for film is a hazzle that will kill anybodys patience.
Especially with the slippery support.
The system is on the edge or at least was when we purchased the system.
But the sales man and support does a good job trying to change your mind on that.

Stay away and hand cut everything.
