Mike, Maybe you can help me. I am trying to get reimbursed on some approved glass breakage claims from 2010 and my emails are getting ignored. I have gotten some the "check is in the mail" excuses but that has never materialized so when I inquire again my emails do not get a response. If they respond about another matter in the email they ignore the claim inquiry.

Since you have been selling for 50 years although I didn't think you were that old maybe you have some insite???

When was film actually developed and first used commercially?

Once you have experienced 3M it is easy to sell against. You have seen all the many weakness' they offer and the name isn't so important.
