Would eraser size air bubbles be hard? Just saying. :spit It would be nice to have some pics.

He didn't say how many there were but I assume it's more than one. a guy would have to TRY to get that kind of contamination. You would have to throw pebbles in the film to get that kind of contam :lol It's got to be water. :lol

So what's your personal experience with 3m window film? experience experience

Year and a half. That was when I worked for another company. Adhesive smears in the NV line. PR looks purple and oily. Not much auto, but I have installed CS on one car. Seemed impossible to shrink, and I have used Panther...yuck. Ive installed many different auto films, and 3M seemed to be the worst for handling. I dont want to get into a 3M war, I just believe its not a very good product considering the alternatives...its just my opinion, which is always correct I might add. :imok

Get it retinted :lol Just kidding, All normal, onyl way to really make it different it to use a little thinner film on the back glass instead of 3m CS. So Other than that you are stuck. Sorry

The eraser size spots are probably water, I mean really, who would let eraser size contamination leave the shop?

:lol

My father just bought a used truck... front side windows were tinted. There's a piece of trimmed off film (guessing from a corner) under the tint :lol Couldn't believe that one. I actually should take a pic sometime :D

Anyway, some cars are worse than others for showing the lines in the rear at night. And I think it also might depend a bit on film thickness ? Basically... it's normal, there's nothing you can really do about it, and the other G-30-whatever owners who said there's is fine are probably just not as picky, or have never really noticed it, or it never bothered them. As for a mobile job (or any job) being completely clean and perfect... I'm sure it had it's issues too, you're just noticing all them now because you first noticed the rear window and eraser sized imperfections, then keep staring at it. :lol If you're really unhappy, and they're a reputable place, just take it back after a few weeks! They should help.
