Man..........I work at a firehouse....what recipes do you want. Here is one the guys are always begging my to cook and keeps good in the fridge and feeds a few people.

You can add lib the quanities to your liking.

I call it Mexican Pirate Caserol........don't asks its a story from a rookie a long time ago.

Take a caserol dish spray it with Pam

Take instant mash potatoes in a box and cook up just enough to fill bottom of caserol dish 1/3 way up.

Take ground turkey, with some Mexican Chorizo and cook it up.

While that cooks spread some Mexican cheese across the top layer of cooked mash potatoes already in caserole dish.

Season ground turkey and chorizo with taco packet seasoning.

Pour the turkey and chorizo over cheese already in the caserol dish.

Add another layer of Mexican cheese

Then on top of this top with final layer of normal Jiffy Corn Bread mix and bake in oven in according to Jiffy cooking direction.

When it comes out of the oven, top to your liking with sour cream, Japs and salsa...........

You can't get enough of this stuff.

I've got a good quick Shrimp Etoufe recipe too......... Being a fireman and from New Orleans I LOVE TO EAT!

Im not too good with recipes, I just mix stuff together to taste....but here it goes:

My Homemade Quick Vegy Soup:

In a large stock pot combine:

2 large cans of tomato sauce

1 carton of organic beef stock

1 can of sliced carrots

1 can of green beans

1 can of corn

1 can of peas

1 can of Lima beans

1 can of sliced potatoes

2 cups chopped celery

1 cup chopped sweet onion

add some cooked left over beef

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp galic powder

pinch of thyme

Cook on high until boil begins then partially cover and simmer on low for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Makes quite a bit so freeze any leftovers for a rainy day.
