The book on the left says Texas Law Manual ?

Is that the same as Vernons Statuets ?

The one on the left has Penal, Code of Criminal Procedure, Traffic, Health, Family, Tax, Constitution, Occupations Codes and a bunch of other stuff....its every law in Texas basically. The one on the right outlines everything that is to be taught in the course.
