Pulling weather strip around rollup

I got a 05 Chevy impala coming up and ive heard others saying to pull the rubber weather strip that goes around the sides and top of window. So when I pull it out, do I just pop it back in after the window is rollup and film is installed or do I have to wait for it to dry a bit, roll window down, then pop it back in.

let it dry while you do the back glass then roll them down and pop them back in. if they are a little dry, spray a little soapy water on the tips and they should go right in.

you can also put them back in without rolling the windows down

I just put it back in right away, and if I get a little finger somewhere just push it down
