What's the best way to remove tint from back glass?

I have tried heating before stripping the tint,

but the adhesive remains in the window and it's a pain in the ass to remove the adhesive.

What's the best solution to remove the adhesive?

What do you scrape it with? Razor blade will damage the Defroster line, right???

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thank you in advance!

Hi, I have read the "how to remove window tint".

I have searched and found this available here in NZL.

Would this be a good product to steam the tint off?

steam that shiat right off :bingo

:dunno Jiffy that mofo! just did another RE-DO today, 35% faded to clear over the summer the guy said. I asked him if he knew what brand it was Or were did he get it done at, he said Sacramento Special :dunno

O by da way even if you do steam it off you will still have some glue left over so keep some very fine steel wool available.

For the adhesive thats left behind, you could use some Simple Pink Adhesive remover.

I'd be careful with that stuff, especially for a beginner.
