Ticket with exemption

_{I don't know what state you are in but I am in Mississippi, first, I'm not aware of people abusing the exemption here in Mississippi. I have a medical exemption and the first thing I did was have the doctor write it on his letterhead and says that I should be allowed to have my tint darker than the law allows as long as it doesn't obscure my view and it's for this reason, ect. I then took it to the tag folks who filled out the exemption, I keep one with me, the county where my tag is registered keeps one, and the highway patrol is mailed a copy..It states that the exemption to whom the vehicle is registered to is allowed to tint in excess as long as they are on the registration...}

I don't understand why the state is interested in telling you how dark you can have your windows in the first place. Its another law that is enforced upon civilians but yet government officials are yet again exempt from there own law.
