im using quickbooks online. i like it, no worry for backup if computer crashed. i can access info or create invoices anywhere. im playing the endless job of loading materials and costs, from a few distibutors.

i can also link bank account online.

for security im not really worried about it. its as secure as online banking and at the end of the day my company and company info is public knowledge anyway.

$13 a month aint bad! and you get statistic feedback on jobs landed after estimate. no need to use any excel programs. this also sets up graphs for overall feedback.

If you do Quickbooks on line, you will be married to it forever. You cannot back up the on line version or switch to the computer program version.

Blackout, you need someone to help set up your account and train you.
